Concentrated focus in three days of consistent muscle-memory and strength building.
Accelerate your acro progress with concentrated repetition, refining your skills and leveling up for next season.
Grow in five specific areas:
Strength, Flexibility, Limbering, Balancing, and Tumbling skills.

Level Key: (Note: Instructor gives final level determination, however these are some indicators of which level to try first.)
Tumbling Fundamentals 1 (Ages 6+): working bridge, vertical cartwheel, vertical handstand
Junior/Level 3+ (Ages 8+): can hold a bridge 10+ seconds, has a vertical cartwheel (feet over head), has a vertical handstand
Intermediate/Level 5+ (Ages 8+): has bridge kickover, one-handed cartwheel
Advanced/Level 7+ (Ages 8+): has back walkover, front walkover, flying cartwheel
Power Flexibility & Strength: Ages 8+, All Levels
